Card payments include applicable taxes and service fees; cash payments are accepted at the listed service price.

We understand that delays can happen. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to relax and ease into your experience.
If you notify us within 12 hours of being late, we’ll accommodate you whenever possible. If no client follows, your full session will be honored. Otherwise, the session will end at the scheduled time, and full fees apply.
This ensures a seamless experience for all guests and respects our therapists’ time.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may retain credits for rescheduling or request a refund (service fee applies).

Yes, we do! Our gift certificates make wonderful presents for any occasion and can be purchased either in-store or online. Guest certificates may be redeemed for any of our offered services.

Our space is carpeted to ensure you feel comfortable even when barefoot.
What you wear beneath the sheet is entirely up to you — some guests prefer to keep their boxers on, while others choose not to. Throughout your treatment, your therapist will ensure you are always properly covered with sheets or towels to protect your privacy and comfort.
